Another doll

There is a challenge on one of my yahoo lists.
To make a vintage doll.
I started out wanting to make another doll of color but then was inspired by a doll on e-bay made by floralee.

I drew out the pattern and sewed her together. Last night the hair took over 4 hours to stitch on. I am happy with the results so far. This is the style of doll I used to make many years ago.I will embroider her face today then on to the clothes.
 The weeks go by so fast. I got out my fall dishes last week. Soon it will be time for all my pumpkin collection.
The weather is cooler. I have more energy. We worked on cutting off the west garden and the back garden.
The tomato plants are finally producing enough fruit to freeze.
Nothing better.
