47 years

Mr.T has never missed giving me roses for our anniversary. Some times yellow sometimes red. This year the red roses are beautiful. God creates such beauty.

Anniversary 47 years

How does time go by so fast? Today is our 47th wedding anniversary. It does not seem possible that so many years have gone by.
I married my high school sweetheart in 1964. That day held the record high temperature for a very long time.It was a beautiful sunny day.
The years have had the good and the bad but I feel so blessed to have married the best man in the world.

Checking in.

I thought I should check in with you all.It has been a rough few weeks.
The procedure in Rochester was much harder on me than they lead us to believe.It is taking a long time to get my energy back.
I have also found that depression can do strange things to ones body.

Yesterday we had to put down our black kitty. He adopted us many years ago and was the sweetest kitty ever.

With all the negative things going on I have learned much.
There are friends you can call at any time and they come.
Life is good even in the worst of times.
Prayers are answered.
There is always someone worse off than you think you are.
